키워드 네트워크 분석을 통한 청소년 자해 연구 동향

Research Trends on Adolescent Self-injury using Keyword Network Analysis: Focusing on Domestic Academic Journals Published from 2010-2021

본 연구는 키워드 네트워크 분석을 이용하여 청소년 자해와 관련된 연구동향을 파악하고 향후 연구 과제의 방향에 시사점을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 2010-2021까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 68편의 논문을 대상으로 텍스톰과 UCINET을 활용하여 주요 키워드의 빈도분석과 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년 자해에 관련된 연구는 10여년의 기간 동안 5개 연구분야 40개의 학술지에 총 68편의 논문이 게재되었으며, 사회과학 외에 의약학, 인문학, 복합학, 자연과학 분야에서 이루어졌다. 둘째, 주요 키워드는, ‘자해’, ‘청소년’, ‘연구’, ‘자살’, ‘위험행동’, ‘비자살적’, ‘중학생’, ‘우울’ 등의 순서로 출현 빈도가 높았다. 셋째, 주요 키워드의 동시 출현 빈도는 ‘자해-비자살적’, ‘자해-청소년’, ‘청소년-자해’, ‘연구-결과’ 순서로 나타났다. 넷째, 연결중심성이 가장 높은 키워드는 ‘자해’였으며, 출현 빈도의 순위와 유사하게 나타났다. TF-IDF 지수가 높은 키워드는 ‘비자살적’, ‘문제행동’, ‘프로그램’, ‘자폐성 장애’, ‘중재’ 등의 순서로 나타났다. 다섯째, CONCOR 분석에서는 7개의 군집으로 분류되었으며, ‘청소년 자해의 인과적 요인’, ‘맥락적 조건’, ‘상담자 경험’, ‘학교 차원의 지원 방안’, ‘중재 방안’, ‘장애와 자해’, ‘위기 및 위험군’으로 명명하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 청소년 자해 연구에 유용한 기초 자료를 제공하고 자해 예방과 개입 방안 마련에 기여할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to identify research trends related to adolescent self-injury using keyword network analysis and to provide implications for the direction of future research tasks. Frequency analysis and network analysis of major keywords were conducted using Textom and UCINET for 68 papers published in domestic journals from 2010 to 2021. The analysis results are as follows. 1) The papers were published in 40 journals in five research fields over a 10-year period. 2) The main keywords were self-injury, adolescent, research, suicide, risk behavior, non-suicide, middle school student, and depression. 3) The frequency of simultaneous appearance was in the order of self-injury & non-suicide, self-injury & adolescent, and research-result. 4) The keyword with the highest connection centrality was self-injury, and the keyword with a high TF-IDF index was non-suicide. 5) In the CONCOR analysis, it was classified into 7 clusters. The results of the study will contribute to the prevention of self-injury and the preparation of intervention measures to provide useful basic data for adolescent self-injury research.
