보육교사의 열린어린이집 실행이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향

Influence of the Practice of Open Daycare Center on Job Stress in Childcare Teachers

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 열린어린이집 실행이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 부산광역시에 소재한 어린이집에 근무 중인 보육교사 146명을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 열린어린이집 실행과 직무스트레스에 대해 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 사용하여 빈도와 백분율, 상관관계분석, 단순회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 보육교사의 열린어린이집 실행과 직무스트레스는 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 열린어린이집 실행과 직무스트레스 하위영역 간의 상관관계에서는 보육교사의 열린어린이집 실행의 정도가 높아질수록 ‘동료와의 관계’에서의 스트레스는 증가하고, ‘학부모와의 관계’에서의 스트레스는 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 열린어린이집 실행이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향력은 5%인 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the practice of open daycare center on job stress in childcare teachers. The subjects in this study were 146 childcare teachers who worked in daycare centers located in the city of Busan. Questionnaires were used to find out whether they practiced an open daycare center or not and their job stress. As for the collected data, SPSS 23.0 was employed to obtain statistical data on frequency and percentage and to make a correlation analysis and a simple regression analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: First, there appeared a negative correlation between the childcare teachers practice of open daycare center and job stress. Concerning the correlations between the subareas of the practice of open daycare center and those of job stress, the childcare teachers were more stressed out about their relationships with colleagues and suffered less stress about their relationships with parents when they practiced an open daycare center more. Second, the practice of open daycare center exerted a five-percent influence on job stress.
