Development of core competency-based program learning performance evaluation system: Principles of improving safety and quality

목적 본 연구는 A대학교 핵심역량 기반 학습성과를 체계적으로 평가하기 위한 평가체계를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 본 연구는 핵심역량 기반 학습성과 평가체계 구축을 위한 관련 지식과 정보를 탐구하고 평가체계 개발사례를 제시한 방법론적 연구이다. 결과 평가체계의 이론적 타당성을 확보하기 위해 안전과 질 향상 개념의 속성 간 관계를 분석하고 교과목의 학습목표에 따라 안전과 질 향상에 대한 졸업시점 프로그램 학습성과 평가체계 및 교과목 학습성과 평가체계를 구축하였다. 결론 개발 된 학습성과 평가체계는 간호교육에 적극 활용될 수 있으며 간호학생의 안전과 질 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation system to systematically evaluate the core competency-based learning outcomes of A University. Methods This study is a methodological study that explores relevant knowledge and information for establishing a core competency-based learning performance evaluation system and presents an evaluation system development case. Results In order to secure the theoretical validity of the evaluation system, the relationship between the attributes of the concept of safety and quality improvement was analyzed, and a program learning performance evaluation system and subject learning performance evaluation system for safety and quality improvement were established according to the learning goals of the subject. Conclusions The developed learning performance evaluation system can be actively used in nursing education and can contribute to improving the safety and quality of nursing students.
