요양병원 내 재난 약자 대피 도움장치 화재 대피 시나리오 개발을 위한 피난 시뮬레이션 분석 연구

Analysis of an Evacuation Simulation for the Development of Scenarios for Fire Evacuation Support Devices

향후 재난약자 대피 도움장치에 관한 화재 대피 시나리오를 개발하도록 주요 요소인 로봇의 적정대수와 재실자에 대해 분석하고자 피난시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 수평 대피 도움장치 로봇을 사용하였을 때 대수가 늘어남에 따라 피난 시간이 단축되는 경향을 보이나, 한계점이 있었으며, 요양병원 공간 및 재실자 수로 인해 피난이 지연됨을 알 수 있었다. 수평 대피 도움장치를 적절하게 활용하기 위하여 로봇의 경로가 폐쇄되었을 때 소방대가 진입할 수 있는 진입창 및 계단 등에 경로설정을 가정하여 관제 시스템에서 경로 설정 시 목적지에 대한 종합적인 변수가 고려되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

In this study, an evacuation simulation was performed to analyze the appropriate number of robots and occupants, which are major parameters required to develop a fire evacuation scenario for an evacuation device. When a horizontal evacuation aid robot was used, the evacuation time decreased and later increased with increasing number of robots. Further, the time determined by the space of the nursing home and the number of occupants. To properly utilize the horizontal evacuation device, it is assumed that the path of the robot is closed and that the fire brigade can enter through the window and stairs.
