After surgery, the tumor was diagnosed as leiomyoma. Case presentation : A 43-year-old woman presented complaining of headache and tinnitus for few months. On examination, there were no focal neurologic deficits. Magnetic resonance image(MRI) of the brain showed a well enhancing solid tumor in right posterior parietal convexity. Surgical resection was performed and histologic was leiomyoma. Conclusion : Primary intracranial leiomyoma is rare intracranial tumor, rarely have neurologic symptoms. The radiologic diagnosis was similar with meningioma. Leiomyoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of well-circumscribed intracranial extraaxial lesions.
