Cerebellopontine angle lipoma is a very rare lesion. It usually accompanies with hearing loss, tinnitus, dizziness or headache. A 40 year old female patient visited our hospital with unsolved left side facial paralysis for 6 years and it revealed as 5mmX5mm sized cerebellopontine angle lipoma. There has been reported less than 200cases of crebellopontine lipoma worldwidely. Most of cases hed shown vestibular and cochlear symptoms. However the patient didn’t show any vestibular and cochlear symptoms but facial paralysis only. We introduce a case of cerebellopontine angle lipoma which induces only facial paralysis without vestibulo-cochlear symptoms.
