Tympanic paraganglioma is the most common neoplasm in the middle ear. There are several distinctive signs and radiologic findings which is supportive to diagonosis. The most common initial symptom is pulsatile tinnitus. In this study, we present a case of the middle ear paraganglioma of a patient with tinnitus and hearing difficulty. We also discussed current surgical approach and precautions when diagnose and treatment of this tumor.
