Teratoma is a tumor derived from germ cells and comprised of the three germ layers. It is usually present in the neonatal period. Although most teratomas are benign, some can be malignant. The occurrence of a mature teratoma in the eustachian tube is rare. Here, we present a case involving a mature teratoma that originated from the eustachian tube in a girl who complained of nasal stuffiness. The tumor was removed successfully using a minimally invasive endoscopic endonasal technique with radiofrequency coblation to minimize the damage of surrounding tissues. Herein we report this case and review the literature.
