Wegener’s granulomatosis (WG) is relatively common in the central nervous system due to necrotizing vasculitis resulting in peripheral neuropathy or cranial nerve paralysis. However, WG, which is identified as multiple meningeal mass lesions have rarely been reported. This report describes the case of a 57-year-old woman with WG which was mimicking multiple meningiomas. Open biopsy proven that it was WG. The treatment is very different between meningioma and WG, attention should be paid to diagnosis and treatment planning.
