의학드라마를 융합한 주산기간호 온라인학습프로그램 개발

Development of Online Learning Program for Perinatal Care that Converges Medical Drama

본 연구는 교수체제개발의 ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) 모델을 기반으로 의학드라마와 융합한 온라인콘텐츠를 개발하여 주산기 간호교육 프로그램을 설계하고자 시도되었다. 미국심장협회의 임부 및 신생아 소생술 가이드라인을 근거로 전문가에게 온라인콘텐츠를 검증받은 결과, 타당성이 확인되었다. 최종 개발된 온라인콘텐츠는 5개의 학습주제와 16개의 학습내용으로 구성되어 수업 전 활동, 수업 중 활동, 수업 후 활동으로 설계된 교육프로그램에서 활용되었다. 사용자 평가결과에서 친근한 드라마 선정으로 실재감, 몰입감 및 학습 전이가 높아짐을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 주산기간호 영역의 블렌디드 러닝 및 시뮬레이션 실습 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Based on the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model of teaching system development, this study was attempted to design an perinatal nursing education program by developing online content fused with medical drama. The validity was confirmed as a result of online content verification by experts using the American Heart Association s guidelines for maternal and neonatal resuscitation. The finally developed online content consisted of 5 learning topics and 16 learning content, and was used in the educational program consisting of pre-class activities, in-class activities, and after-school activities. As a result of user evaluation, it was confirmed that the sense of presence, immersion, and learning transfer increased by selecting a familiar drama. The results of this study are expected to be utilized for perinatal mixed learning and simulation practice.
