辽金至清“中京诗”的西风意象与地方意义

West Wind Image and Local Significance of “Zhongjing Poems” from Liao, Jin and Qing Dynasties

“Zhongjing Poetry” refers to the poetry works left by many envoys, emperors and scholars who visited or passed through Zhongjing area from Liao Dynasty to Qing Dynasty. These poems have a wide range of themes, involving the image writing of natural landscape, social life, personal emotions, etc. which provide rich historical materials for studying the natural environment and social culture of Zhongjing. By analyzing the landscape image and local significance of the west wind in Zhongjing Poems, we can see that the west wind often appears together with climate token words such as “residual summer heat”, “cool” and “cold” and geographical indication words such as “chrysanthemum”, “millet” and “crow”, which outline a picture of autumn and winter in Zhongjing. At the same time, the west wind in “Zhongjing Poems” represents the autumn wind, and there are many images of tranquility and vicissitudes. The west wind represents the north wind, and there are many desolate and bleak image. Westerly wind is a kind of cultural and geographical perception of Zhongjing by poets, which uses natural phenomena to metaphor their emotions and express their psychological state of being tranquil, lonely, sad or missing.
