The greatest social change at present is conversion industrial society to informationized society. In such organization of society, the number of white collar is larger than that of blue collar, so that importance of office is gathering strength. This research was carried out to study relation between corportate culture and office environment through case study of foreign conutries as the second parter of New Office Environment and Innovation of the Management. As the subject of cased study, 5 companies are Asahi Beer, Nihon Kougyo and Bandai of Japan. Hongkong Shanghai Bank and Nederlandse Middenstands Bank.
