표층파이버와 내층미세파티클 複合보드의 物理機械的 性質에 관한 硏究

Studies on the Physical and Mechanical Properties of Fiber Face-Fine Particle Core Composite Board

This study was carried out to examine the effect of the composition ratio of fiber to core-fine particle and the physical and mechanical properties of composition boards. By manufacturing composite boards as used in tjis stidy, it is expected that the board have high surface and edge quality and production cost be lowered. Composite board were manufactured under laboratory conditions from furnishs derived from mixed conifer species and composed of fibers and fine screen particles from plants. The composite boards were evaluated in terms of their modulus of rupture(MOR), modulus of elasticity(MOE), internal bond(IB), water absorption(WA), thickness swelling(TS) and linear expansion(LE). The results were obtained as follows: 1.The highter ratio of face-fiber to core-fine particle(1:1<2:1)showed better MOR and MOE. Composition ratio was proved to be more important facter than adhesive content. 2.The higher content of adhesive in core-fine particle(6%<9%)gave better results of IB. 3.Higher composite ratioof core-fine particle increased LE and higher ratio of face-fiber increased TS. However, addition of 0.5%of parpffin wax emulsion had satisfactory effects on dimensoinal stability of composite board.
