제조조건과 F/U몰비를 달리한 파아티클보드의 시간의 경과에 따른 포름알데히드 방출에 관한 연구

Studies on Formaldehyde Emission according to The Passing of Time of Particleboard with Different Manufacturing Conditions and Formaldehyde/Urea Molar Ratios

This study was to measure formaldehyde emission according to the passing of time from particleboards bonded with Urea-Formaldehyde resin, which was made of three different for maldehyde/urea molar ratios 1.2, 1.4, and 1.6. The particleboard was made of sliver type particle and two different manufacturing conditions: Laboratory and Factory Manufacturing Condition. Formaldehyde emission values were measured at 1, 3, 7, 15,30, 90days after board manufactured. The results were as follows: 1. Amount of Factory- Particleboard(FPB) formaldehyde emission was showed higher than Laboratory Particleboard(LPB). However, formaldehyde emission pattern of FPB was similar to LPB. 2. The LPB with FlU molar ratio 1.2 resin satisfied the KS ~ standard(5 mg/l) (KS F 3104 Classification of Formaldehyde emission) directly and steadily after manufacturing. However, FPB with 1.2 resin satisfied KS ~ standard only in 30 days. 3. The LPB with FlU molar ratio 1.4 resin barely satisfied KS ~ standard in 90 days. The FPB with 1.4 resin didn t satisfY KS E, standard in 90 days. 4. The LPB and FPB with FlU molar ratio 1.6 resin both didn t satisfied KS E, standard in 90 days.
