A Study on the Change of Chair Design s Style

Design, which is the product of the times, in the organic circumstances, comes into existence and changes from the social, cultural, and economical aspect. Especially, as the change of the style in chair design maintains in the organic circumstances, this study focuses on the motive that makes the design style change and this study also examines its structure. By grasping the background, by which the actual design style changes in the context of each times, and the example of the chair, this study analyzes the tendency of the change in the chair design style and thus it helps us understand the chair design from the past to the presen.
