Environment-Friendly Stone Bed Design

In Korea a bed became to be popularly used from the end of the 1970s. The boom of building new apartment complexes had changed living environments. This study explored the new system of putting stone mattress in a frame that holding advantages of ondol culture distinguished from other stone bed structure that still has a mattress bed system. Therefore, the development of new molding made possible a new structure in stone bed without any bed spread. It gives a great advantage of inexpensive production that simplified production line and easy to move and assemble.
