교사의 성인 불안정 애착, 완벽주의, 내현적 자기애가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향

The Influence of Insecure Adult Attachment, Perfectionism, and Covert Narcissism on Psychological Burnout of Teachers: The Moderated Mediating Effect of Student Problem Behavior

본 연구의 목적은 교사의 심리적 소진에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 규명하고 그 변인들의 매개 효과와 조절 효과를 밝히는 것이다. 즉 교사의 완벽주의 성향과 내현적 자기애가 성인 불안정 애착과 심리적 소진의 관계를 매개하는지 확인하고, 교사의 성인 불안정 애착과 심리적 소진의 관계에 대한 완벽주의 성향과 내현적 자기애의 매개 효과를 학생의 문제행동이 조절하는지를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 서울･경기 지역 22개교 초･중등학교 교사를 대상으로 설문하여 총 477명의 응답 결과를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료를 가지고 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 3단계 매개 효과 분석과 Process Macro 3.5를 활용한 Bootstrapping을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 교사의 성인 불안정 애착, 완벽주의 성향, 내현적 자기애, 학생의 문제행동은 심리적 소진에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인 불안정 애착은 완벽주의 성향과 내현적 자기애를 매개하여 심리적 소진에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사의 성인 불안정 애착과 심리적 소진의 관계에서 학생의 문제행동이 완벽주의 성향과 내현적 자기애의 매개 효과를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 분석결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계점과 추후 연구에 대해 제언을 하였다.

This study examined if the perfectionism and covert narcissism of teachers would mediate the relation between insecure adult attachment and psychological burnout, and also verified if the student problem behavior would moderate the mediating effects of perfectionism and covert narcissism on the relation. For this, a survey was conducted targeting the teachers of 22 elementary/secondary schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi region, and total 477 questionnaires were used for the analysis. The result are as follows: First, the insecure adult attachment, perfectionism, and covert narcissism of teachers, and student problem behavior had significant effects on the psychological burnout of teachers. Second, perfectionism and covert narcissism mediated the relationship between the insecure adult attachment and the psychological burnout of teachers. Third, the student problem behavior moderated the mediating effects of perfectionism and covert narcissism on the relation between insecure adult attachment and psychological burnout of teachers. This study presented the research limitations and made suggestions for further researches.
