인공지능 인문학 교육 모델 개발 및 수업에 관한 효과 분석

연구는 인공지능에 관한 다양한 사회·문화적 이슈들을 다각도로 분석하고, 그것을 비판적으로 살펴볼 수 있는 수업 모형을 구상하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 수업 주제는 AI에 대한 개괄, 노동, 의학, 법률, 예술, 산업, 언론, 감정, 전망과 책임으로 구성하였으며, 학습자들이 순차적으로 지식을 향상시킬 수 있는 5단계 수업 체제를 설정하였다. 수업 모델은 2020년 9월부터 12월 사이에 ‘HK+ 인공지능 지역인문학’ 프로그램에 참여한 중·고등학교 학습자를 대상으로 실현되었다. 수업을 모두 이수한 후 설문을 실시한 결과 본 연구에서 제안하고 있는 인공지능과 인문학을 융합한 교육 모델이 인공지능에 대한 기초 개념을 익히고, 미래 사회를 예측하고 대안을 도출할 수 있는 데 일정 부분 효과를 보이고 있었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 연구에서 제시된 수업모형이 기술 과학과 인문학의 융합 가능성을 보여주는 좋은 수업 모델이 되기를 기대한다.

This study analyzes various social and cultural issues related to artificial intelligence om various angles and devises a humanities-based teaching model that can critically examine them. The teaching model is for middle and high school learners who participated in the “HK+ Artificial Intelligence Local Humanities” program between September and December 2020. To explore ways and alternatives for humans to coexist with artificial intelligence, “Overview” and “Subjects by field” (labor, medicine, law, art, industry, media, emotion), which deals with basic knowledge-related contents, 10 classes were organized in the order of “Prospect and Responsibility” (AI, Future Society, and Scientific Ethics). A five-step instructional system for learners to improve their knowledge according to each subject was used. Through this class, it was confirmed through a questionnaire that students’ knowledge of artificial intelligence and problem solving ability were strengthened. We hope that the proposed teaching model will be a good to show the possibility of fusion of technical science and humanities.
