취업목적 자기소개서는 지원자의 직무 역량과 관련된 다양한 항목들을 묻게 되는데, 이러한 항목들은 여러 영역에 걸쳐 분포되어 있다. 이는 입사 후 포부, 장래계획; 직무 역량, 경력 및 이력; 성격 및 장단점; 협력, 연대 의식, 팀워크; 문제 해결 과정·능력, 스트레스 관리·해결 방법, 열정 등 다섯 가지 영역을 뜻하는바, 이들 대부분은 취업목적 자기소개서에서 공통적으로 등장한다. 자기소개서의 첨삭 내용을 분석함으로써 자기소개서 지도에 필요한 사항들을 유형화할 수 있게 된다. 이에 본고는 의료계열 취업목적 자기소개서의 첨삭 내용을 바탕으로 이상의 다섯 가지 영역에 대한 분석과 유형화를 시도하였다. 여기에는 취업목적 자기소개서라는 장르적 특수성에 기반한 것도 포함되지만, 동시에 일반적 글쓰기에 해당하는 것도 포함된다. 즉, 취업목적 자기소개서는 이러한양면적 속성에 대한 지도가 동시에 이루어져야 하는 것이다. 본고는 취업목적 자기소개서의 각 영역에 대한 첨삭 내용을 분석하였으며, 그 결과를 실제 취업목적 자기소개서 작성 교육에 활용할 수 있도록 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Self-introduction for employment involves various items related to the applicant’s employment competency; these items encompass five areas, as follows: the applicant’s aspirations and plans after joining the company; employment competency, work experience, and career path; personality traits, such as strengths and weaknesses; ability to cooperate with others, show solidarity with others, and work as a team; and problem-solving process/ability, stress management methods and solutions, and passion for work. This study categorizes the items necessary to provide guidance on self-introduction by analyzing the corrections of self-introduction. Therefore, it analyzes and categorizes the aforementioned five areas based on the corrections of self-introduction for employment in the medical field. The study considers not only those based on the specific characteristics of the genre self-introduction for employment but also those corresponding to general writing. In other words, self-introduction for employment should provide guidance on the two attributes at the same time. Finally, this study is meaningful since it analyzes the corrections for each area of self-introduction for employment and presents results in a form that can be utilized in education and writings on self-introduction for employment.
