기독교적 세계관에 기반한 미래교육 관련 역량 고찰 연구

A Study on the Competence of Future Education based on the Christian Worldview

이 연구의 목적은 기독교적 관점을 통해 미래 교육의 가치를 탐구하는 것이다. 미래사회는 인공지능의 초지능화로 인해 인공지능이 스스로 지식을 융합하고 창출함으로 문제를 해결해나갈 수 있는 시대를 맞이하게 되었다. 인공지능의 발달 및 기계 발달은 인간의 노동력을 기계가 대체함으로 노동시장의 변화와 인간의 존엄성이 위협받는 결과를 초래하였다. 이에 대비한 미래 교육은 인간의 존엄성에 대응하기 위한 교육의 전환으로 이해될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기독교적 관점에서 미래교육의 방향성을 찾고자 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기독교 관점에서 인간은 하나님의 형상으로 창조된 피조물로 모든 사람은 생명과 존엄성을 부여받았다. 이러한 삶은 자기 자신에 대한 존재성을 이해하며, 삶의 방향과 목적의 기준점을 제시한다. 둘째, 배려적 소통은 인간의 관계성에 중요한 작용을 한다. 기독교적 관점에서 배려적 소통은 황금률과 하나님의 사랑으로 표현될 수 있다. 이러한 표현 양식은 타인을 향해 자기 자신에 대한 올바른 인식 및 이해를 기반으로 한 성숙한 돌봄과 배려로 이해될 수 있다. 셋째, 공동체 역량은 사회적 협력을 통해 집단 지성을 발휘하여 사회의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 역량으로 이해될 수 있다. 기독교 관점에서 공동체 역량은 인간의 존엄성 및 타인에 대한 배려와 소통을 통한 협력의 기능을 가지고 있다. 이 연구는 미래 사회에서는 인간의 존엄성, 타인에 대한 배려, 공동체 역량이 필요하다는 것을 시사하였다. 이 연구에서는 개혁주의와 기독교적 세계관에 기초한 미래교육의 적용 가능성을 탐구했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The development of machinery and artificial intelligence due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution has led to changes in the labor market by replacing human labor. In addition, the superintelligence of artificial intelligence has resulted in artificial intelligence solving problems on its own. However, the development of artificial intelligence and technology has resulted in threatening human dignity. Changes in human society indicated the need for educational transformation. The purpose of this study is to interpret future education based on reformed beliefs and Christian worldviews to consider Human Dignity , Community Competency , Unselfish Concern necessary for future education. Human Dignity , Community Competency , Unselfish Concern necessary for future education interpreted based on reformed beliefs and Christian worldviews can be interpreted as follows. In the case of an understanding of human dignity, it starts from the creatures created in the form of God. And, in the case of Unselfish Concern can be understood as a right to respect and treatment as an object created in the form of God. Also, in the case of community competency, it can be understood that humans created in the form of God cooperate for the development of the community through consideration and communication with others.
