통합학급 교사의 장애학생 교수에 대한 교사효능감 관련 문헌 분석

Literature Review of Teacher Efficacy on Teaching Students with Disabilities of Teachers in Inclusive Classes

연구목적: 본 연구는 장애학생 교수에 대한 통합학급 교사의 교사효능감에 대한 연구의 동향 및 특징을 살펴보고 향후 관련 연구에 주는 시사점을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 2007년부터 2021년 9월까지 국내 학술지에 발표된 문헌을 중심으로 연구 목적에 적합한 논문 33편을 선정하여 연구의 일반적인 동향, 측정 도구, 관련 변인, 중재 프로그램의 특징을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 통합학급 교사의 교사효능감 관련 연구는 2007년부터 꾸준하게 이루어졌으며, 어린이집 교사와 유치원 교사를 대상으로 한 연구의 비율이 높았고, 양적연구인 조사연구와 실험연구가 주를 이루었다. 통합학급 교사의 교사효능감을 측정하기 위해 국외 척도를 번안하거나 재구성하여 사용하였고, 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 변인에 관한 연구가 가장 높은 비중을 차지하였다. 교사효능감 중재프로그램은 어린이집이나 유치원 교사를 대상으로 한 연구와 교사 교육이나 교사 자문 및 컨설팅 프로그램을 적용한 연구의 비율이 높았다. 결론: 분석 결과를 바탕으로 학령기 장애학생의 성공적인 통합교육을 위해 통합학급 교사의 교사효능감 관련 연구에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

Purpose: This study was to investigate the trends and characteristics of the research through the analysis of domestic literature on teacher efficacy of inclusive classes teachers on teaching students with disabilities and to find implications for future related studies. Method: From 2007 to September 2021, 33 papers suitable for research purposes were selected based on the literature published in domestic journals, and general trends, measurement tools, related variables, and characteristics of intervention programs were analyzed. Results: Research has been conducted steadily since 2007, and the proportion of researches on nursery school teachers and kindergarten teachers was high. In order to measure the teacher efficacy of teachers in inclusive classes, foreign scales were adapted or reconstructed. And the study on the dependent variables affecting the teacher efficacy was the highest. As for the teacher efficacy intervention program, the ratio of studies on nursery school or kindergarten teachers and studies applying teacher education or teacher advisory and consulting programs was high. Conclusion: The implications of the study on teacher efficacy of inclusive classes were discussed for successful integrated education of school-age students with disabilities.
