Analysis of Research Trends According to Changes in Career and Vocational Education Policies for Students with Disabilities

연구목적: 이 연구는 장애학생의 진로와 직업교육의 정책 변화에 따른 연구 동향을 살펴봄으로써 장애학생의 진로·직업 교육 동향을 파악하고, 진로·직업 교육 방향을 살펴볼 수 있는 기초를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구문제는 첫째, 장애유형별 진로교육, 직업교육, 전환교육 영역에서 연구 제안사항의 전반적 특징은 어떠한가?, 둘째, 장애학생 진로·직업 교육정책에 따라 진로·직업교육 관련 연구 제안사항의 특징은 어떠한가? 연구방법: 2021년 12월까지의 국내 학술지 논문을 선정하여 장애유형별, 기관별로 분류하고 연구의 제안사항을 분석하였다. ‘장애학생, 특수교육, 진로, 직업, 전환’으로 조합하여 2021년 12월까지 발표된 논문 중 61편의 연구를 선정하여 장애유형, 기관별 및 정책별로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 장애학생 진로·직업 교육 분야의 연구는 장애유형별, 진로·직업기관별, 연구영역별로 충분히 진행되지 않았다. 둘째, 정책 추진 시기와 연구의 시기가 밀접하게 관련되지는 않았지만, 연구가 정책형성을 어렵게 하는 사례도 있고, 연구가 일정 부분 영향을 미치는 사례도 있고, 그렇지 못한 사례도 있다. 결론: 정책의 변화가 연구를 참조하여 이루어질 때 정책을 실효성 있게 추진해 나갈 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand the trend of career and vocational education of students with special education research by examining related articles with disability type, and looking at the suggestions of research related to the annual 5-year plan for special education development. Methods: We selected domestic academic journal papers until December 2021, classified them by disability type and institution, and analyzed the suggestions of the study. By combining search terms of students with disabilities , ‘special education’, ‘career , vocational , and transition , 61 studies were selected according to the procedure of searching, screening, verification, and selection of papers published by December 2021, classified by disability and institution type, and research proposals were analyzed. Results: First, in the field of career and vocational education for students with disabilities, research has not been sufficiently conducted by type of disability, career and occupational institution, and research area. Second, although the period of policy implementation and the period of each study are not closely related, there are cases where research makes policy formation difficult, and there are cases in which research has a certain influence, and there are cases where it does not. Conclusion: If policy changes were made together with research based on various evidences and criteria, more effective policies could be pursued.
