2020년 초부터 확산된 코로나19는 사회 전반적으로 영향을 받지 않은 곳이 없었고, 사회적 거리두기와 인원제한이라는 초강수의 정책은 사회, 경제적 뿐만 아니라 교육 분야에서도 그 파장은 걷잡을 수 없이 증폭되어 학습 불평등 증가 현상으로 나타났다. 이는 초기에 교육자와 학습자, 정부지침 간의 혼선으로 준비되지 않은 시스템의 오류 등이 일부 사이버대학을 제외하고는 안정을 찾기까지 꽤 많은 시간이 소요되었기 때문이다. 초반의 온라인 교육은 다수의 인원이 동시에 참여함으로써 온라인 과부하 현상이 생기면서 수업의 질에 많은 영향을 주었다. 이를 해결하고자 교육부와 관계부처들은 안정된 학습 진행과 불평등 해소를 위한 노력을 진행하고 있다. 온라인 교육은 4차 산업혁명의 핵심 기술들을 기반으로 빠르게 성장하고 있으나, 전통적인 교육법과 디지털 교육 간에는 교수자와 학습자 간의 의견 차이가 생기고, 시스템 구축에 따른 인프라 부족 등으로 인한 학습격차가 생겨났다. 또한 시스템적인 부분에서도 교수자와 학습자 모두에게서 불만이 속출하였다. 이에 정부와 관계 기관들은 위드코로나에는 온, 오프라인에서 원활한 수업이 진행될 수 있도록 4차 산업기술을 기반으로 한 새로운 교육 시스템을 구축하고, 다양한 수업 방식으로 교육의 방향을 잡고 있다. 그러나 실습을 기반으로 하는 학습에 있어서는 아직 해결해야 할 부분들이 미지수로 남아있다. 증강현실을 통한 메타버스가 주목받고는 있으나 아직은 개발 단계이고, 4차 산업기술을 접목한 기술들이 차(茶)교육에 어떤 영향을 미칠지는 꾸준히 연구되어야 할 부분이다. 본 연구는 코로나19로 인한 온라인 교육 확대에 따른 교육의 변화와 4차 산업기술을 접목한 에듀테크에 대한 현주소와 미래 방향에 대해 검토하고, 학습자의 학습 방법에 대해서도 알아보고자 한다.

Early online education had a great influence on the quality of classes as an online overload occurred as a large number of people participated at the same time. To solve this problem, the Ministry of Education and related ministries are making efforts to stably proceed with learning and resolve inequality. Online education is growing rapidly based on the core technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution, but there is a difference in opinion between instructors and learners between traditional education methods and digital education, and a learning gap has arisen due to lack of infrastructure. In addition, complaints continued from both instructors and learners in terms of system. Accordingly, the government and related organizations are establishing a new education system based on 4th industrial technology and setting the direction of education in various teaching methods so that online and offline classes can proceed smoothly. However, in practice-based learning, there are still unknown parts to be solved. Metabus through augmented reality is attracting attention, but it is still in the development stage, and how technologies incorporating fourth industrial technology will affect tea education is a part to be studied steadily. This study aims to review the current status and future direction of edutech, which combines changes in education and 4th industrial technology due to the expansion of online education due to COVID-19, and to find out how learners learn.
