발달장애성인 대상 국내 음악치료 연구동향

Research Trends in Music Therapy for Adults with Developmental Disabilities in South Korea

본 연구는 발달장애성인을 대상으로 한 음악치료 관련 국내 연구동향을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 향후 발달장애성인 대상 음악치료 연구에 활용할 수 있는 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 2001년 1월부터 2021년 12월까지 발표된 학위논문 32편, 학술지 논문 7편, 총 39편의 논문을 대상으로 연구문제에 따라 분석하였다. 연구결과첫째, 발달장애성인 대상 음악치료 연구의 연도별 동향은 2015년에 5편(12.8%)으로 가장 많은 편수가 발표되었다. 연구 대상별로 살펴보면 연구 대상자의 연령은 20대가 32편(40.5%)으로 가장 많았으며, 장애 유형은 지적장애가 34편(75.6%)으로 가장 많았다. 연구 방법별 연구동향의 분석 결과, 연구 유형은 양적연구가 24편(61.5%)으로 가장 많이 나타났다. 치료 회기 분석에서 회기 시간은 40~60분 미만이 25편(64.1%)으로 가장 많았으며, 총 회기는 11~15회기가 18편(46.2%)으로 가장 많이 나타났다. 측정도구는 심리측정이 30편(73.2%)으로 가장 많았다. 연구 내용별 분석에서 연구 주제는 사회성 관련 연구가 18편(36.0%)으로 가장 많았으며, 음악치료 중재 방법은혼합기법이 19편(48.7%)으로 가장 많이 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구과제에 대해 논의 및 제언을하였다.

This study is to compare and analyze domestic degrees and academic papers on music therapy for adults with developmental disabilities. And based on this, provide information that can be used for future research on music therapy for them. A total of 39 papers, comprising 32 master and doctoral theses published and 7 scholarly is journal papers from January 2001 to December 2021 were analyzed. The annual trend of research on music therapy for adult developmental disabilities was 5 in 2015(12.8%), with the largest number of publications. By study subject, the age of the study subjects was the highest with 32 studies(40.5%) in their twenties. As for the type of disability, intellectual disability was the most common with 34 studies(75.6%). As a research method, quantitative research was the most common with 24 studies(61.5%). The most common session time was 40 to 60 minutes with 25 studies(64.1%). As for the total number of sessions, 18 studies(46.2%) occurred the most in the 11th to 15th sessions. As for the measurement tool, psychological measurement was the most common with 30 studies(73.2%). As for the trend by research content, 18 studies(36.0%) related to sociality had the most. As for the music arbitration technique, the mixed technique was the mosr common with 19 studies(48.7%). Based on the above results, future research tasks were discussed and suggested.
