이 연구에서는 신입생 세미나 교육과정을 설계 운영하고 이에 대한 학생들의 진단 조사를 비롯한 사전 사후검사와 만족도 조사 결과를 분석하였다. 조사를 분석한 결과, 강의 방식 및 교육 환경에 대한 불만족, 학과 적응에의 어려움에 대한 응답이 가장 많았다. 사전-사후 검사를 비교 분석한 결과, 전공 이해도와 교수님과의 교류, 학과에 대한 호감도가 가장 많이 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 사후 만족도 조사 결과에서는 신입생 세미나 프로그램을 주변에 추천할 의향이 있다는 응답이 가장 많았다. 활동별 만족도에서는 선배 멘토링 활동 점수가 가장 높았고 핵심역량 개선도 방면에서는 의사소통 역량 점수가 가장 높게 나타났다. 프로그램 참가자들의 피드백을 적극 수렴하여 프로그램 참여 인원 및 지원 수준을 확대하고 프로그램의 주제와내용을 학생의 요구와 눈높이에 맞게 다양화 하며, 동료 간 활동 및 선배 멘토링 활동을 보다 확대할 필요가 있다고 본다.
In this study, the seminar curriculum for freshmen was designed and operated. The results of the pre-test, post-test, and program satisfaction survey conducted on participants were analyzed. As a result, most of the respondents were dissatisfaction with the lecture method and educational environment, and difficulties in adapting to the department. As a result of comparing and analyzing the pre-post examination, the degree of understanding of the major, exchange with the professor, and favorability for the department improved the most. In post-satisfaction, most of the respondents said they wanted to recommend a seminar program for freshmen. In terms of satisfaction by activity, senior mentoring activity scores were the highest, and communication skills improved the most. The number of participants and the level of support will be expanded by actively accepting feedback from participants. In addition, it is necessary to diversify the subject and content of the program to suit the needs and eye level of students, and to further expand activities between colleagues and senior mentoring activities.
