일본 근대건축유산의 보전형태에 따른 활용방식에 관한 연구

A study on the analysis of method in modern historic and cultural heritages in Japanes architecture

현대에 이르러 역사적 문화유산의 의미는 역사적 가치의 의미를 넘어 사회적, 문화적 의미에 포함되는 확장적 개념이 되어가고 있는 듯하다. 20세기 초반 문화재의 의미는 역사적 기념물과 예술 작품에 국한되었지만, 2차 세계대전 이후에는 감성적 요소에 포함되어 유럽과 일본의 문화재 범위로 확대되고 있다. 근대 역사문화유산의 보존은 주기적이고 사회적인 변화에 대한 인지적 기준으로 바뀌었고, 이는 로레아에서 새롭게 확립될 필요가 있다. 근대건축유산은 1970년대부터 국내에서 지정문화재로 인정되어 사회문화적 인식으로 확대 적용의 중요성이 강조되어 왔으며, 등록문화재 제도로 이행되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 틀에 따라 근대건축유산의 특성과 적용방법을 분석한 보전가치와 적용 요소에 대해 연구하였다. 지정문화재와 등록문화재의 종류를 구분하여 보전가치의 특성과 적용요소를 조사한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 근대건축유산의 보존과 적용 방법을 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

In contemporary period, the meaning of historical culture heritage seems to becoming a expansive concept included in a social and cultural meaning beyond the meaning of historical value. On early 20 century, the meaning of cultural assets is restricted to historic monuments and artistic works, but after World War Ⅱ, it has been included into emotional element, being expanded on the range of cultural assets in Europe and Japan. Conservation of modern historic and cultural heritage has been changed to cognitive criteria as to periodic and social change, which in Lorea, has been necessity being established newly. Modern architectural heritage has been approved to the designated cultural assets from 1970s in domestic, which has been emphasized on importance of application expanded into social and cultural cognition, as being executed to the system of regislated cultural assets. This study is established on conservation values and application element, which according to this framework, is analyzed to characteristic of modern architectural heritage and application methods. It is investigated on the characteristic to conservation values and application elements, as classified the types of designated cultural assets and regislated cultural assets. Therefore, this study is tried to find a way being able to vitalize the method of conservation and application in modern architectural heritage in this study.
