Structural Relationship between Self-leadership, Empowerment, Self-efficacy, and Job Performance of Hairdressers

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between self-leadership, empowerment, self-efficacy, and job performance of hairdressers. The subjects of the study were 447 hairdressers had in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province from July 29 to August 11, 2020, and the SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 programs were used. To summarize the above conclusions, out of the variables that directly affect the job performance of hairdressers, self-efficacy had a relatively higher effect on the job performance, and it also had a relatively higher indirect influence on the job performance. The study show that the self-leadership, empowerment, and self-efficacy of hairdressers are important variables that directly and indirectly affect their job performance.
