The study examines an attempt about the development of the Women´s Movement from 1910s to 1920s , under Japanese Rule. The Women´s movement in the 1910s developed within the limits of the National Movement and the Religion´s Movement. And those were led by christian women. Many Women participated in the 3․1 Independence Movement at the base of the women s movement. The Women´s movement in the 1910s had the main group and could developed continuously by them. The Women´s movement in 1920´s developed at the base of several conditions. Firstly, the experience of 3․1 Independence Movement, and secondly, the accumulation of women′s education. Thirdly, the reception of New Ideology. socialism. Fourthly, the differentiation and specialization of various social movement. According to these conditions, the 1920s Women´s movement had various issues. And Women´s Movement′s leaders were formed by diverse women. The 1920 s Women´s Movement had the Liberation Theory of Women.
