A Study on the Ryu Gwan-Sun Leadership from the Perspective of New Testament

This study examined Ryu Gwan-Sun s Leadership based on Faith and Spirituality from the perspective of New Testament. Because she was very faithful to the God and the nation, and took care of the people and followers with confidence in others, whoever worked with her together might have thought that it was not regrettable to sacrifice oneself for her. After all, it can be said that her outstanding leadership and tactics saved the country from the crisis. To analyze Ryu Gwan-Sun s Leadership, I classified it into two elements based on the Indispensable Qualifications of modern leaders, which are Faith and Spirituality. As a result of the analysis, it is proved that Ryu Gwan-Sun was good at two factor in the excellent leadership. Moreever, she even created synergy by harmonizing all the two elements mentioned above, which became the motive power for her remarkable triumphs.
