A Study on the YuGwanSun Leadership for Church Growth

This paper studies the most desirable and gospel method or way of church growing in Korea. As we know, in Korea, we have some big and fast growing churches from the year of 1995. At first time, we and the world have surprised to hear the news from the facts above mentioned. And we also have the questions which lead them into incredible growing in the world. In this paper, YuGwanSun Leadership is presented and applied for the church growing in Korea as a new methodology. Here are some reasons to apply YuGwanSun Leadership for the sustainable church growing. Firstly, they need to have concrete, measurable, controllable object and secondary, they need to have the process, people, and the object. And the last thing is that they also to have organic structure to implement the object which they have prayed and built in the beginning of their church. In conclusion, the Korean church must keep growing from this time to forever only for the ‘Soli Deo Gloria’ with the new application of qualitative growing(so called maturity) such as YuGwanSun Leadership, not for the quantitative growing which we have watched until this time.
