A어린이집 가치놀이에 나타난 유아들의 놀이 양상

Play Behaviors of Young Children Presented at the ‘Value Play’ of A Daycare Center

목적 본 연구는 A어린이집의 4세반 두 학급이 함께하는 바깥놀이, ‘가치 놀이’에서 나타나는 놀이 양상을 살펴보고 가치놀이의 의미를 도출하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 A 어린이집의 만 4세반 2학급 유아 24명의 가치놀이를 1개월 동안 총 15회 참여관찰 하였고 이를 통해 얻은 자료, 연구자의 연구일지, 가치놀이 후 진행된 교사협의회 회의기록 등의 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과 가치놀이는 유아들에게 첫째, 자연물을 찾고, 수집하고, 활용하며 자연과 함께하는 ‘자연 가치’를 경험하게 하였고, 두 번째는 자연에서 곤충을 만나며 생명을 존중하고 배려하는 ‘생명 가치’를 경험하게 하였고, 세 번째는 우리가 자연에서 함께할 때 기쁘고 행복하다는 ‘우리 가치’를 경험하게 하였다는데 의미가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 결론 본 연구는 또래가 자연에서 함께하는 바깥놀이의 가치를 확인하고, 다양한 바깥놀이 프로그램 운영의 필요성을 확인할 수 있었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Objectives This study is aimed at examining the aspect of young children’s Value Play presented at the outside of by observing their outside play, and discover the meaning of Value Play experience. Methods For this, participant observation was for 4 weeks the 24 children of 2 class in A daycare center, witch had all children 4 year old. Added to this, the data collected from the participant observation, the researcher’s journal, and records of teachers meetings, teacher’s childcare plan & journal. Results As a result of this study, Childrens experienced the ‘value of nature’, the value of respect for life, our value together, While Value Play. Conclusions From these results, it can be seen that the play of peers in nature allows children to experience nature, life, and the value of living together.
