5,6세기의 토기에서 본 羅州勢力

영산강유역의 토기에는 녹로회전기법, 소성기법, 소성방법 등을 통해 크게 3개의 계통이 있었다고 판단된다. 첫째는 瓦質系土器의 존재, 둘째는 羅州系土器, 셋째는 百濟系土器이다. 그 밖에 高敵에서는 短脚고배인 高敵系土器와 須惠器系土器가 생산되었을 가능성도 지적하였다. 나주와 고창은 각기 다른 지역에서 생산되었던 토기가 유입되지 않기 때문에 다른 세력권이라고 생각된다. 또한 영산강유역 각지의 在地세력에 기반을 두었던 것으로 생각된다. 그러나 이들 지역에 광범위하게 영향관계가 형성되었듯이 5세기 4/4분기에 백제계토기가 유입되는 시기 백제로부터의 일정한 영향이 있었던 것으로 상정되며, 영산강유역 세력들이 백제의 威信을 이용했을 가능성이 있다. 또한 영산강유역은 倭와도 교류가 있었으며, 왜의 須惠器 출현기의 배는 영산강 혹은 백제의 와질계 平底杯의 영향을 받았다고 생각된다. 또 樽形 유공광구소호 및 유공광구소호는 출현시기 및 기술적인 면에서 왜로부터 영산강유역으로 전해졌을 가능성을 상정하였다.

It was assumed that the earthenware of Yeong-san gang river basin in the Paekche period have divide into three genealogies by the technique of potter s wheel rotation, the skill of calcination, and the method of calcination. the first is the earthenware of grey-soft system and the second is the earthenware of Naju system. The third is the earthenware of Paekche system. In addition, there is a possibility that the earthenware of Gochang system with a food stand of short leg and alike the earthenware of Sue-ware system was produced. The earthenware produced in each area of Naju and Gochang could not go into each other area, because it is considered to another sphere of influence. It seems that the bases of local influence were made in several areas of Yeong-san gang river basin. However, these areas were entered into the earthenware of Paekche system under the influence of Paekche on 4th quarte of 5th century and the bases of influence in these areas could have use the prestige of paekche. Moreover, it seems that the bases of influence in Yeong-san gang river basin have exchanged with Japan, because appearance of dishes of the Sue-ware system in Japan have influenced flat-bottomed dishs of grey-soft system in Yeong-san gang river basin or Paekche. In addition, I think that appearance period and technicques of jar with hole and Small jar with hole in Yeong-san gang river basin was transmitted from Japan.
