A Study on the Smart Common Logistics Center in the 4.0i Era: Focusing on the problems and improvement plans of the smart logistics center

본 연구에서는 4.0i시대 스마트물류센터의 현황, 문제점 및 개선방안에 대하여 검토하였다. 현재 스마트 물류센터 구축과 관련한 가장 큰 문제점으로는 스마트 물류센터의 경우 단일 업종에 국한되어 운영되고 있으며 국내 스마트물류 기술의 적용은 선진국의 기술을 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있고 중소기업이 스마트물류센터를 건설하기에는 진입 장벽이 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 탄소중립 및 ESG강화에 따라 친환경 고효율 물류센터 구축이 필요한 상황에서 스마트물류센터 구축은 반드시 필요한 상황이며 이러한 스마트물류센터를 구축하기 위해서는 각종 지원과 육성이 반드시 필요한 상황이라 할 수 있다. 이를 위해서는 자율주행 화물차, 클라우드, AI와 IoT 활용 및 콜드체인 기술 등 첨단 물류기술을 개발하기 위해 노력해야 할 것이며 지원책을 마련해야 할 것이다.

Purpose : In this study, the current status, problems, and improvement plans of smart logistics centers in the 4.0i era were examined. The biggest problem with the current smart logistics center construction is that it was difficult to see cases where advanced smart logistics technologies from other countries were applied in Korea. Research design, data and methodology : In this study, as it is necessary to establish a smart distribution center in relation to the establishment of a smart distribution center, this study tries to find ways to improve the problems that may arise in the establishment of a smart distribution center by improving the problems associated with the establishment of the smart distribution center. As a research method, support measures were used, focusing on literature studies and case studies. Results : According to the results derived from this study, the biggest problem is the lack of technology for smart logistics technology, and there is a disadvantage that the synergy effect is insufficient due to the technology development by individual companies. Conclusions : In this study, it is necessary to prepare support measures by having a specialized operating institution that can promote the creation and vitalization of the logistics information ecosystem.
