전문대학 부사관 양성 교육에서 NCS의 적용에 관한 이론적 고찰

Theoretical consideration on the application of NCS in training noncommissioned officers at colleges

본 연구는 미개발, 유보분야인 전문대학의 부사관 양성교육을 위한 이론적 고찰을 바탕으로 교육과정을 개발하기 위한 NCS적용에 관한 이론을 고찰해보았다. 군은 직업분류사전에 나열되어 있는 2만에서 2만5천개의 민간에서의 직업 및 직무를 명확히 구분할 수 없는 군의 직무 특수성에 기인하여 국가가 중심이 되어 직무분석하여 고시하고 있는 NCS에 명확하게 명시되어 있지 않은 미개발, 유보분야로써 군에서 필요로 하는 초급간부(장교, 부사관)의 직무와 필요역량을 정의해 보았고, 그에 따라 NCS가 개발되어 있는 모든 분야를 검토하여 적용이 가능한 세분류(직무)를 검토해 보았다. 이를 통하여 미개발, 유보분야에서의 NCS적용과 활용방법을 모색하고자 하였다.

This study examined the theory of NCS application to develop a curriculum based on a theoretical review for training non-commissioned officers at vocational colleges, which are undeveloped and reserved fields. The county reviewed all the jobs and capabilities of beginner executives (commissioned officers and non-commissioned officers) required by the county in the NCS, which is not clearly specified in the state-centered job analysis and disclosure due to the job specificity of the 20,000 to 25,000 private jobs. Through this, we tried to find ways to apply and utilize NCS in the fields of undeveloped and reserved.
