Israel has recently worked with the UAE to expand its influence in the Middle East. The real power of UAE in promoting such policies is Crown Prince Muhammad bin Zayed of Abu Dhabi. His special adviser Muhammad Dahlan has a significant influence on the regional policy of the Crown Prince. Dahlan is known as an important link between the Israeli government and Muhammad bin Zayed. Understanding Dahlan will provide an important clue to the current understanding of regional politics in the Middle East. To this end, this paper analyzes Muhammad Dahlan in terms of four aspects: the architect of the Abraham Accords, the agent of UAE in the regional issue, the rival of Palestinian President Abbas, and the strategic partner with Hamas. This paper analyzes the recent political situation in the Middle East which is tied to the overall behavior of Dahlan individuals. The data selected for analysis by this paper are mainly reports from Palestinian and Israeli media, the United Kingdom, the United States, Turkey, Qatar, Egypt, France, Libya, Australia and the United Nations.
