텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 유통 분야의 4차 산업혁명 기술 트렌드 분석

Analysis of the 4th Industrial Revolution Technology Trends in the Distribution Field Using Text Mining

본 연구는 소셜 빅데이터 분석 방법인 텍스트 마이닝을 활용해 온라인상에서 유통 부문의 4차 산업혁명 기술 키워드 트렌드들에 대해 빈도 분석(TF-IDF)을 실시하였다. 빈도 분석을 통해 도출된 키워드들 간의 중요한 위치 관계에 대해 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 다음으로 코로나 19 이전과 이후의 유통 부문의 4차 산업혁명 기술 키워드들의 추세변화에 대해 대응표본 평균 비교분석을 통해 통계적으로 차이가 있음을 분석하였다. 코로나 19 이후, 2020년에는 데이터 분석, 고객 맞춤형 추천 서비스 등 빅데이터 활용 관련 4차 산업혁명 기술에 대한 키워드들이 더욱 부각되고 있음을 확인하였으며, 향후에도 이 추세는 이어질 전망이다. 또한 4차 산업혁명 기술이 유통산업에 미치는 영향에 대해 온라인상에 나타나고 있는 긍정 또는 부정적 이미지에 대해 감성 분석을 시행하였다. 향후 4차 산업의 정책을 주관하는 정부나 이를 받아들이는 기업들은 단순한 효율성뿐만 아니라 유통산업의 전체적인 균형 발전, 중소 상인들, 택배 종사자들 보호 등 상대적 피해 해결 등의 과제 해결에 심혈을 기울여야 한다. 급속히 발전하는 4차 산업혁명 기술들을 원활하게 받아들이기 위해서는 4차 산업혁명과 관련된 제 부문에 대한 통일된 정의, 관련 법규 제 정비, 그리고 새로운 기술에 대비할 수 있는 소비자 보호정책 등에 대한 제 정비가 필요하다.

This study conducted frequency analysis (TF-IDF) on keywords that the 4th industrial revolution technology affects the distribution sector online using text mining, a social big data analysis method. A network analysis was performed to identify important positional relationships between key words derived through frequency analysis. Next, it was analyzed that there is a statistical difference through the comparative analysis of the paired average for the trend change of the 4th industrial revolution technology keywords mentioned in the distribution sector before and after Corona 19. After Corona 19, it was confirmed that keywords for the 4th industrial revolution technology related to big data utilization, such as data analysis and customer-tailored recommendation service, are becoming more prominent in 2020, and this trend is expected to continue in the future. In addition, sentiment analysis was performed on positive or negative images appearing online regarding the impact of the 4th industrial revolution technology on the distribution industry. In the future, the government in charge of the policy of the 4th industry or companies that accept it should focus not only on simple efficiency, but also on solving problems such as the balanced development of the distribution industry and resolving relative damage such as protection of small and medium-sized merchants. In order to smoothly accept the rapidly developing 4th Industrial Revolution technologies, it is necessary to have a unified definition of all sectors related to the 4th Industrial Revolution, reorganize related laws and regulations, and reorganize consumer protection policies to prepare for new technologies.
