중학교 음악교사의 2015 개정 음악과 교육과정 운영에 대한 인식 조사

The Perception of Middle School Music Teacher on the Implementation of the 2015 National Music Curriculum

본 연구는 중학교 음악교사의 2015 개정 음악과 교육과정 운영에 대한 인식을 조사하여 교육과정 운영 실태와 필요한 지원 내용을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 중학교 음악교사를 대상으로 설문 조사와 면담 조사를 실시하여다음과 같은 지원 방안을 도출하였다. 첫째, 2015 개정 음악과 교육과정의 적용 및교육 환경의 급격한 변화에 따라 음악교사들에게 필요한 수업 역량도 변화하였다. 따라서 이를 지원하기 위한 교원 연수 체계 또한 변화되어야 한다. 둘째, 2015 개정음악과 교육과정의 취지에 맞게 영역별로 균형 있는 수업 및 평가가 이루어질 수도록 교육과정 지침이 마련되어야 한다. 셋째, 자유학기 예술 활동 운영의 내실화를위해서는 프로그램 개발 역량, 강사와의 협력 여건 마련 등 음악교사들의 운영 역량을계발할 수 있는 구체적인 지원 방안이 마련되어야 한다.

This study aimed to grasp the perception of middle school music teacher on the implementation of the 2015 national music curriculum. For this purpose, I conducted a survey and interview on music teachers. The support plans drawn by this study are as follows. First, the teaching competencies required for music teachers also changed according to the application of the 2015 national music curriculum and the rapid change in the educational environment. Therefore, the teacher training system to support this must also be changed. Second, curriculum guidelines should be prepared so that classes and evaluations in each domain can be balanced in line with the direction of the 2015 national music and curriculum. Third, in order to substantiate the implementation of art activities in the free learning semester, specific support measures must be prepared to develop the operational competence of music teachers, such as program development capacity and cooperation with instructors.
