Influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Activities through the ‘Do the Right Thing’ Movement on the Pride and Organizational Efficiencies of the Corporate

‘Do the Right Thing’ Commision is a nation-wide civilian movement based on the three pillars of truth, order, and harmony and aims at following goals: the social contributtion activities through the commission accompanied by corporate social responsibilities. The purpose of this study is to conduct an empirical analysis on the influence of corporate social responsibility through ‘Do the Right Thing Movement’ on organizational validity by mediating pride of the company. The data for this study was gathered from business people who has participated in the ‘Do the Right Thing Movement’ in Busan and Gyeongnam regions over the prieod from June 4 through June 18, 2018. The data was analyzed after coding through SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0. The results of the hypothesis verification are as follows; First, the economic social responsibility activities and philanthropical social responsibility activities affected the pride of the company. The legal corporate responsibility activities and the moral responsibility activities did not affect the pride of the company. Second, the pride did affect job satisfaction. The pride of the company did not affect the orgazniational engagement. Third, job satisfaction did affect organizational engagement. Fourth, the legal and moral responsibility activities affected organizational engagement.
