The purpose of this empirical study is to examine the impact of the success factors of knowledge management of a renewable energy company upon its management activities and management effect. The success factors of knowledge management are composed of the leadership. organizational/ corporate culture, IT, and evaluation/reward system. The data for this study were gathered among the people who live or work in Busan, Gyeongnam, Daegu, or Gyeongbuk region, over the period from september 18 to december 39, 2019. The survey was conducted as an electronic survey. Of 465 responses received, 418 responses were used as the sample data excluding 45 responses which were incomplete or regarded insincere. The gathered data were coded and analyzed using IBM SPSS and AMOS 25.0. The result obtained through the hypothesis were as follows; First, the organizational/corporate culture had an impact on knowledge acquision, the knowledge management system upon knowledge acqusition, and the evaluation and reward upon knowledge acquisition and knowledge application. However, the leadership of the top management and strategy did not have a significant impact on knowledge acqusition and application, while the organizational/ corporate culture had no significant effect on the application of knowledge as well. Second, the result of the analysis on the hypothesis that managment activities will have an impact on the management effect showed that knowledge acquision had an impact on personal and organizational work effectiveness, while knowledge application had an impact on personal work effectiveness but no effect on organizational work effectiveness.
