The purpose of this study is to provide the data on the neccessity of establishing a regular education system of communication. Enhanced communication abilities of organizations improve trust as well as job performance in the workplace. In recent years, large companies have been actively engaged in communication education demanding to see the effect of communication among managers in the organization. Organizations are in particular demanding ‘communicative management’ to build trust and overcome the crisis. Communication is important because it serves as a crucial link between peers as well as administrators and junior collegues. However, companies are focused only on the changes of its members as a result of communication education. There is a little research on communication effects. Therefore, in order to investigate the effect of intra-organizational communication on trust and job performance, the following study was conducted. The results of the verification based on the empirical analysis are as follows; First, communication affecting trust indicates that clarity, rationality, relevance and receptivess are influencial at statistically significant levels except timing, in which is not influential at a significant level. Second, the study has shown that trust has a statistically significant influence on job satsifaction and commitment as a result of the analysis that trust will affect job performance. The overall results of this study suggest that organizational communication plays an important role not only in the organization as a whole but also in the management as well as the organization’s members. Therefore, the education system should be established and implemented through a varity of programs so that it can affect trust and job performance in workplace.
