The purpose of this study is to examine how the elements of shoes mediate the customer satisfaction level to have an impact on the behavioral intention of customers. The element of shoes is evolving rapidly, as the trend of diversified desire for increasing satisfaction level and excess supply in the market due to the diversification of disribution channel intensfies. Consumers are now showing a tendency of value-oriented purchasing, in addition to rational purchase patterns as they buy shoes. This is where the capabilities of the shoe manufacturers as the supplier make a difference. For this reason, from the perspective of the seller, who orders the the products, the expected capabilities of the shoe manufacturers are the absoulte condition of the management. Also, it has a significant impact on the business performance of the shoe manufacturer, as well. In addition, it is directly connected to the production of the distributor functioning as the key factor with an absolute impact on business performance. For this, the trust of the distribution in the shoe manufacturers also functions as a decisive factor in the selection of the supplier.
