The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of apartment purchase selection factors on residence satisfaction and behavioral intentions, and to examine the difference in influence between national and regional brands of apartment suppliers. This study helps to promote competitveness by identifying more appropriate motive factors for consumer usage and provides useful information to establish a differentiation strategy for apartment suppliers. In this study, a descriptive survey was conducted using an electronic survey method. Among a total of 398 responses, 361 valid responses were used as statistical analysis data excluding 37 responses that were incomplete or regarded insincere. The collected data were analyze using IBM SPSS statistics version 23.0 and AMOS 25.0 through the coding process. The results of the hypothesis verification are as follow; apartment purchase selection factors will affect residence satisfaction, physical factors, and environmental psychological factors. Economic factors have an effect on residence satisfaction which has an effect on both repurchase intention and reconmmendation intention. As a result of this study, it was empirically confirmed that apartment selection factors have different effects on satisfaction and behavioral intention. In particular, it would be meaningful to confirm that there is a difference in such influence depending on the apartments of the national and the regional brand of apartment suppliers.
