광진구민 공동체 의식이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향연구

A Study on the Affecing factors of Community Consciousness on Satisfaction of Life Gwangjin-Gu residents

본 연구의 목적은 광진구에 거주하는 주민들의 공동체 의식이 지역주민의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 연구하는 데 있다. 삶의 만족도를 생활만족도, 정서만족도, 자아만족도로 구분하여 검토해봄으로써 좀 더 종합적 차원의 삶의 만족도를 향상할 수 있는 실천적 함의를 분석적으로 제시하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여, 광진구의 15개 동의 주민들이 주로 이용하는 3개 복지관의 서비스대상자를 중심으로 2개월(2020년 5월~6월) 동안 설문 조사하여 753명이 응답한 결과에 대해 회귀분석 통계방법을 진행하였다. 분석결과 구성원의식, 상호작용의식, 공익추구의식의 독립변수 모두 지역주민의 삶의 만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 종속변수 하위요소들과의 관계에서, 생활만족에서는 구성원의식만 정적인 영향관계를 보였고, 정서만족에서는 구성원의식, 상호작용의식, 공익추구의식과 정적인 관계를 보였으며, 자아만족에서도 구성원의식, 상호작용의식, 공익추구의식과 정적인 관계를 보였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 지역사회에서 지역주민들의 삶의 만족도를 높이기 위해 지역공동체 의식(구성원의식, 상호작용의식, 공익추구의식)을 증대시킬 수 있는 프로그램 및 주민관리기법, 효과적인 지역공동체 활동 지원방법 등을 대안으로 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of community consciousness of residents in Gwangjin-gu on the life satisfaction in an integrated way. Satisfaction of Life in Gwangjin-gu residents was classified into living satisfaction, emotional satisfaction, self- satisfaction and as to acquire precise understanding and find practical implication for developing satisfaction of Life. To achieve this goals 753 of the residents in Gwangjin-gu of 3 welfare centers were surveyed for 2 month(May-Jun. 2020) and 753 of their answers were analyzed based on regression model. The results are as follows. It appeared that member consciousness(+), interaction consciousness(+), public-interest consciousness(+) had significantly influenced on the satisfaction of life in Gwangjin-gu residents. In detail, member consciousness(+) had significantly influenced on the living satisfaction. And member consciousness(+), interaction consciousness(+), public-interest consciousness(+) had significantly influenced on the emotional satisfaction. Also member consciousness(+), interaction consciousness(+), public-interest consciousness(+) had significantly influenced on the self- satisfaction. On a basis of these results, guided and assisted in order to develop satisfaction of life by increasing community consciousness such as member consciousness, interaction consciousness, public-interest
