델파이 기법을 활용한 지역문화재단 뮤지컬 제작의 핵심 성공요인 연구

A Delphi Analysis on the Key Success Factors of Musical Production by Local Cultural Foundation

지역문화에 대한 정책적 관심이 본격화되면서, 지역문화의 분권과 자치를 실현하는 지역문화진흥의 핵심으로서 지역문화재단의 주체적이고 창의적인 역할이 강조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공연콘텐츠 제작의 성패에 영향을 미치는 핵심 요소를 분석하여 성공적인 창작 뮤지컬 제작 방안을 제시하고자 했다. 이를 위해 관련 선행연구를 분석해 350개 기초요소를 도출한 후, 전문가로 구성된 패널로부터 2차에 걸친 전문가 델파이와 조사를 진행하였다. 그리고 통계적 신뢰도 분석을 통해 작품성 9개, 전문성 13개, 흥행성 18개의 요인을 최종 도출했다. 이러한 연구 결과는 지역문화화재단에서 제작하는 뮤지컬의 성공률을 높이기 위해 해당 핵심 성공요인들을 우선적으로 고려해 제작함으로써 지속가능하고 지역을 대표할 수 있는 작품이 제작될 수 있는 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료 된다.

Local Cultural Foundations(LCF) are getting more importances in providing regional citizens with better cultural experiences by local government. Among various cultural experiences, musical is one of the most crucial cultural programs by LCF. Therefore, this study attempts to present the success factors in planning and making of musical production by LCF through theoretical and analytical methodology. First, 350 basic elements were derived by synthesizing related previous studies. Then, the study performed two rounds of Expert Delphi Analysis from a panel composed of 30 musical and performing art experts. Finally, the study derived 9 factors of workability, 13 of expertise, and 18 of box office factors of success through statistical reliability analysis. The research results are expected to be used as data for producing sustainable and representative further musical works by prioritizing the key success factors to increase the success rate of musicals produced by the LCF.
