근로시간 단축 시행에 대한 방사선사의 인식도

Radiographers Perception of the Labor Standards Act

52시간 근무제 시행에 대한 방사선사의 인식도를 알아 보고자 하였다. 방사선사를 대상으로 2019년 2월부터 3월까지 197명의 설문을 바탕으로 연구하였다. 대상자의 인구통계학적 변인(근무지역, 성별, 연령, 학력, 근무경력, 병원규모)과 근로기준법에 대하여 인식과 인식도, 노동강도, 근무환경, 임금, 추가고용, 삶의 만족도, 시행여부, 문제점등을 수집하였다. 연구결과 임금 3.54점, 근무환경 3.13점, 삶의 만족도 3.08점으로 부정적인 인식이 나타났으며, 추가고용 2.38점, 노동강도는 2.99점으로 조사되어 긍정적인 인식 또한 나타났다. 근로기준법의 시행으로 인하여 발생하는 문제점으로 방사선사들은 임금보전, 감축을 둘러싼 노사갈등이 심화와 편법적인 근로시간 유지사례가 발생할 수 있다고 우려하였다. 이번 연구를 통해 주 52시간 근무 형태에 대한 방사선사의 인식을 알 수 있었으며, 이러한 연구 결과들을 통해 국민들에게 양질의 의료서비스를 제공하고, 방사선사 역시 인간다운 삶을 영위할 수 있는 기본자료를 제시한 것에 이 연구의 의의가 있다.

I wanted to find out the radiologist s perception of the implementation of the 52-hour work system. A survey of 197 radiologists was conducted from February to March 2019. Demographic variables (working area, gender, age, educational background, work experience, hospital size) and recognition and awareness of the Labor Standards Act were collected, labor intensity, working environment, wages, additional employment, life satisfaction, implementation, and problems. The study showed negative perceptions with 3.54 points in wages, 3.13 points in working environment, and 3.08 points in life satisfaction, 2.38 points in additional employment and 2.99 points in labor intensity, indicating positive perceptions. As a problem caused by the enforcement of the Labor Standards Act, radiologists were concerned that labor-management conflicts over wage preservation and reduction could lead to deepening and expedient working hours maintenance. This study showed radiologists perception of the 52-hour workweek, and it is meaningful that these studies provided basic data to provide quality medical services to the public and to lead a human life.
