CFD 시뮬레이션을 활용한 혼합형 공동주택단지 내 열환경 분석

Analysis of thermal environment in mixed multi-family housing using CFD Simulation

본 연구는 기존 공동주택단지의 유형에 따른 열환경 변화에 관한 연구로, 실제 대상지에 적용하고 그 기여 효과를 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 실제 대상지에 적용하는 유형은 기존에 선행된 연구를 바탕으로 한 가지의 유형이지만 다양한 열환경을 가지고 있으며, 신축되는 공동주택에서 많은 비율로 확인할 수 있는 혼합형 공동주택단지를 선택하고, 그 혼합형 공동주택단지 내에서도 몇 가지 유형을 도출했다. 도출된 유형을 대상지에 적용하고 모델링을 진행하였다. 모델링을 진행한 후, CFD 시뮬레이션을 활용하여서 적절한 대안을 제안하고, 유형 변화에 따른 열환경을 분석하여 주동 형태의 변화와 열환경의 관계를 파악하였다.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the thermal environment changes based on the existing type of multi-family housing. This study apply that derived type to the target site and proceed with the modeling. After modeling, this study propose appropriate alternatives using CFD simulations, and analyze thermal environments with changes in type to understand the effectiveness of the relationship between changes in mass types and thermal environments.
