지역아동센터의 건축계획 이슈 연구

A Study on the Architectural Planning Issues of Local Children’s Centers

돌봄문화에서 중요한 역할을 차지하는 지역아동센터는 공간적 중요성에 비해 건축계획적 내용이 부재하여 양질의 돌봄서비스를 제공하기에는 한계를 가지고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 지역아동센터의 질적 개선을 위한 움직임이 대두되었으며 건축가가 참여하여 조성한 지역아동센터가 등장하고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구는 아동의 보호를 실천하고 놀 권리를 실현하기 위해 최근 조성된 지역아동센터의 사례를 통해 건축계획 이슈를 도출하고자 한다. 8개 사례의 분석을 통해 건축물, 외부공간, 내부공간, 개별요소, 지역접점 공간의 5개 상위요소와 13개 하위요소와 관련된 이슈를 도출하였다. 일부 요소는 관련성이 있으며 공통의 이슈를 가진다. 이는 이슈 간 통합적 고려가 필요함을 의미한다. 본 연구의 결과 추후 아동복지공간 실현의 방향성을 제시할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

Local children s centers, which play an important role in the care culture, have a limit to providing high-quality care services due to the lack of architectural plan content. In this situation, the movement to improve the quality of local children s centers has emerged. This study intends to derive architectural planning issues through the case of a recently established local children s center to practice the protection of children and realize the right to play. Through the analysis of 8 cases, the research derived issues related to the five high-level elements (building, external space, internal space, individual elements, and local contact space) and the thirteen sub elements were derived. Some elements are related and have common issues. This means that an integrated consideration of issues is required. It is expected that this will provide a direction for the creation of children’s welfare spaces in the future.
