뒤넙다리근에 대한 스트레칭과 초음파 적용의 상호작용에 의한 효과분석

The hamstring are known to be more prone to stiffness and shortening due to an increase in non-constrictive tissue compared to other muscles. Stretching is commonly used in the clinic, but there is a lack of research on the additional effects of ultrasound. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ultrasound-stretched stretching when the hamstring were shortened clinically. Ten healthy male reserve official training corps (ROTC) were measured using the goniometer, measuring the angle of the femoral foot, pelvic inclination using PALM, muscle strength using FET, and flexibility using the Reachtoe measuring devices. The measurements were taken four weeks before the experiment, after the intervention, and five weeks later to confirm retention of flexibility. These results confirmed that the application of ultrasound was not effective in stretching the hamstring. Although we thought the increased flexibility would be maintained after a week of mediation, most of them were seen trying to get back to the way they were because of different lifestyles. Therefore, the flexibility of the hamstring can be considered as a therapeutic intervention to prevent injury when stretched, but the effect of ultrasound was found to be insignificant.
