In this study, the domestic and global study trends of STEAM program which is an integrative and converging education in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics were reviewed as the education methodology to develop the talents in the fourth industrial revolution era. Initiated from the design stage of STEAM overseas with the goal to develop the creative and integrative talents, it was developed as the STEAM education module which was combined with domestic arts, and domestic success cases were analyzed to be used in the global converging education methodology. In addition, the design development cases were reviewed on the creative and integrative education program in the transition step from early childhood to primary school students expanding the scope of its application. By doing this, it is suggested to study the integrative talent development methodology so as to develop intelligent integrative talents in the undergraduate and graduate courses starting from the transition step from early childhood to primary school students.
