The purpose of the study is to look at the early childhood teacher’s use of work-related smartphone and stress in the AI society. This survey was conducted on total 221 subjects including kindergarten and nursery teachers working on D and S cities. To identify influence of work-related smartphone use on early childhood teacher’s mental health stress and job stress, descriptive statistics and stepwise regression were used. The results are meaningful relationship with work-related smartphone use between early childhood teacher’s mental health stress and job stress. This research provides basic data to improve early childhood teacher’s working environments and quality level of early childhood education.
